Refund Instructions:

If you pay by credit card, after the returned goods are received and the staff confirms that the quantity of goods is correct, the refund will be processed online; the actual date of refund will vary depending on the date of deposit of each issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank to confirm the actual date of deposit.

If you pay by other means, you must provide the correct remittance account number and account name and other information to speed up the refund procedure. If the remittance account number is incorrect, the refund will not be processed.

After confirming that it meets our refund standards and the information is confirmed to be correct, we will refund the funds to your designated account within 10 working days. If you cannot be contacted due to obvious problems with the filled information, your application will be cancelled.

退款说明：

若您使用信用卡付款，退货商品收回并经工作人员确认商品数量无误后，会进行线上刷退；退款实际入帐日期，依各发卡银行入帐日不同有所差异，请您洽询发卡银行确认实际入帐日。

若您使用其他方式付款，必须请您提供正确的汇款帐号及帐户名称等资料，以利加速完成退款手续。汇款帐号填写有误，将无法办理退款。

确认符合我们的退款标准，且资料确认无误后，我们会于10个工作天内将款项退到您指定的帐户。若因填写资料有明显问题却无法联系到您，将取消您的申请。
