Return and Exchange Policy

According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to a seven-day cooling-off period from the date of arrival of the product. Note! The cooling-off period is not a trial period, so the product you return must be in a brand new state and fully packaged (including the integrity of the product itself, accessories, gifts, product packaging and all accompanying materials). Do not miss any accessories, disassemble and inspect the product yourself, or damage the product box. The product box and product packaging are part of the product. If they are lost, damaged or missing, it may affect your right to return or exchange, and the necessary expenses for restoration may be deducted according to the degree of damage.

Product exchange items are limited to defective products, and defective product replacement is limited to the same product. If the product is out of stock, it will be handled as a "return". When returning an order participating in a marketing activity, the entire order must be returned in full, and a single return cannot be selected.

 When exchanging defective products, our company will mainly use the order shipping address. If the shipping fee is different due to the modification of the receiving information or address, please understand that the additional fee will be borne by yourself.

If the number of returns and exchanges is too many due to personal reasons, our company has the right to terminate or suspend all or part of your shopping and service qualifications.
退换货政策

依《消费者保护法》规定,消费者享有商品货到日起七天犹豫期的权益。注意!犹豫期并非试用期,所以,您所退回的商品必须是全新的状态、且为完整包装(含商品本体、配件、赠品、商品包装及所有附随资料的完整性),切勿缺漏任何配件、已自行拆解检查商品、或损毁商品外盒。商品外盒及商品包装都属于商品的一部分,若有遗失、毁损或缺件,可能影响您退换货的权益,也可能依照损毁程度扣除为回复原状所必要的费用。

商品换货项目仅限瑕疵商品,瑕疵品更换仅限同款商品,如该项商品已无存货则会改以「退货」方式处理。参与行销活动之订单如办理退货时,须整笔订单之商品全退,无法选择单项退货。

如因瑕疵品换货出货时,本公司以订单寄送地址为主,如修改收件资料、地址等影响运费不同,请理解额外之费用需自行负担。

如个人因素退换货次数过多,本公司有权终止或暂停您全部或部分的购物与服务资格。
